Five New In-Studio Classes
You can now practice in-studio five new times!
Sunday 9-10 am, Monday 5:30-6:30 pm, Wednesday 7-8 pm, Thursday 7:45-8:45 am, and Friday 9:15-10:15 am. Visit the Yoga page for class details!
Some classes will be hybrid and we still have Outdoor Yoga Classes Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
