A new Beginner’s series!

A Beginner’s Yoga series is a great introduction for new students, and a wonderful way to brush up on the basics if you’re a little rusty. When practiced safely with a certified teacher, Yoga can help you improve strength, flexibility and balance, and is wonderfully relaxing.

Instructor Michele Proulx has a devoted following who love her kind and gentle manner and clear way of explaining the fundamentals. Michele was trained at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health
